[摘要] This Order, made under section 13 of the Disaster Management Act, 2010, sets out qualifications required for a person to qualify for appointment as National Co-ordinator. The National Co-ordinator of the Disaster Management and Mitigation Unit shall be a public officer appointed by the President.
