Decree No. 116 of the Cabinet of Ministers amending Decree No. 63 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on planting of protection forests around urban areas.

[摘要] Item 8.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In order to reduce negative impact of urban areas on forests felling and timber extraction in protection forests shall be prohibited except for mail-use felling prior issuance of sanitary certificate by State Forest Service”.
