Regional Law No. 893-181 amending Regional Law No. 333-64 “On protection of the objects of cultural heritage”.

[摘要] Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “City state bodies competent in the sphere of protection of the objects of cultural heritage shall be responsible for decision-making related to inclusion of objects of cultural heritage in the unified register of the objects of cultural heritage of the Russian Federation as objects of cultural heritage of regional or local significance of refusal to do so”.
