[摘要] Amendments to Subsoil Code (No.132/94-VR of 1994) establishes the right of landowners and land tenants to extract without any special authorization nor permit common widespread minerals and peat from subsoil to the depth of two meters, and groundwater for individual personal consumption to the amount of 300 cubic meters per day. Amendments to the Law No. 86/95-BP on pesticides and agrochemicals prohibit import to the customs territory of Ukraine, manufacturing, trade, management and advertising
