Resource Management Act 1991 (No. 69 of 1991).

[摘要] This Act consists of 15 Parts divided into 433 sections, and contains 12 Schedules. The overall purpose of this Act is to promote the sustainable management of natural and physical resources (sect. 5) and it covers the areas of land use, coastal marine areas, river and lake beds, water, as well as discharges of contaminants into the environment.
