[摘要] Ecological certification of waste disposal sites must contain data related to operation conditions thereof, environmental impact, including impact upon atmospheric air, soil, surface water and groundwater. Ecological certification is destined for the officials of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection authorized to carry out inspection over the waste disposal sites.
