[摘要] This Decree, consisting of 7 articles, establishes new environmental norms to protect coastal areas within the State of Alagoas. In addition, it establishes that the State Council for Environmental Protection (CEPRAM), according to Federal Law No. 6.766 is the competent authority to control and to license land use planning located along the coastal line of the State.
