Power Supply Law of the Canton Graubünden (Graubünden Power Supply Law).

[摘要] The present Law implements the Federal Power Supply Law of 23 March 2007. Article 1 establishes that the Law regulates a safe, economic and sustainable electricity supply of the Canton. Furthermore, the Law lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation and in particular, to the division of tasks between municipalities, electricity supply industries and the Canton.
