[摘要] The present Act implements the Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances, amending and subsequently repealing Council Directive 96/82/EC. In particular, the Act introduces substantial amendments to the Hazardous Incident Ordinance in its version of 8 June 2005. The Act amends the following: article 18 on Authorization proceedings according to the Federal Immission Protection Act; Part IV on Reporting
