Ministerial Decree No. 410 introducing amendments to the Annex 1 of the Ministerial Decree No. 344 regarding environmental charges for the emission of pollutants into atmospheric air from stationary and non-stationary sources, discharge of pollutants into surface and groundwater basins, disposal of industrial and consumer waste.

[摘要] The Premier decrees to validate the following amendments to the Annex 1: 1) rates of charges for the emission of pollutants into atmospheric air from stationary sources shall be substituted with new positions; 2) rates of charges for the emission of pollutants into atmospheric air from non-stationary sources shall acquire a new wording; 3) rates of charges for discharge of pollutants into surface and groundwater basins shall acquire a new wording.
