Regulation on detailed terms of establishing restricted areas outside a nuclear facility, with an indication of the restrictions in the use thereof.

[摘要] The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment is composed of seven Paragraphs. A restricted area outside a nuclear facility is established to ensure that the annual effective dose outside that area does not exceed 0.3 mSv in respect of all exposure sources. Restricted areas shall not be used for the following purposes: construction of residential buildings, other structures for permanent accommodation of people, and public utility buildings; farming crop for consumption or animal grazing
