[摘要] This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of organization, conservation and management of protected areas of regional significance, setting up protected areas of local significance with a view of conservation of unique ecosystems and typical natural complexes, and biosphere reserves. Protected areas shall be classified as follows: (a) natural parks; (b) state nature reserves; (c) nature monuments; (d) environmental recreational areas; (e) dendrological parks and botanical gardens; and
