Implementing Ordinance relating to energy legislation.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Energy Law of 7 May 2000 and the Energy Ordinance of 27 June 2001. In particular, the present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the efficient and correct enforcement of the afore-mentioned legislation. The text consists of 13 articles divided into 6 Parts and 7 Annexes.
