Law No. 10.683 regulating Federal Government institutions and ministries.

[摘要] This Law, composed of 59 articles, rules on the organization of Government institutions and ministries. In particular, it adds new councils as advisory bodies directly collaborating with the Presidency of Republic in several specific fields such as, for instance, food security, energy, aquaculture. Moreover the Law defines competences and organization of all ministries and other bodies.
