[摘要] This Act gives effect to obligations of the Commonwealth to the International Convention on Civil Liability for Bunker Oil Pollution Damage. The Bunker Oil Convention establishes a liability and compensation regime to apply in cases of pollution damage following the escape or discharge of bunker oil from a ship that is not an oil tanker.
