[摘要] These Regulations amend the Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1999 to implement the Council Directive 85/337/EEC, as amended, in respect of applications for approval of reserved matters and applications for any consent, agreement or approval required by a condition imposed on the grant of planning permission.
