Regional Law No. 409-52 “On support of tourism”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes the forms of state support of tourism, including water tourism, and cultural and educational tourism. The scope of state support of tourism shall be promotion of the region as international tourist centre and more efficient use of tourist resources. The forms of state support of tourism shall be as follows: (a) monitoring of tourist resources; (b) information support; (c) attraction of investments; and (d) tax regulation.
