[摘要] The present Regulations enact sections 657 and 658 of the Canada Shipping Act, 2001. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the reporting of discharges or probable discharges of pollutants. For the purpose of the present Regulations “waters under Canadian jurisdiction" means: a) Canadian waters, and b) the exclusive economic zone of Canada described in section 13 of the Oceans Act.
