Decree (2010:1532) concerning sustainable criteria for biofuels for transport and liquid biofuels.

[摘要] This Decree implements provisions of the Act (2010:598) concerning sustainable criteria for biofuels for transport and liquid biofuels. It, among other things, appoints the State Energy Agency as the competent supervisory authority for purposes of the Act, establishes sustainable production criteria for specified substances including forest materials and provides rules for reporting.
