Order No. 165 of 2014 of Minister of Environment and Natural Resources on Unified Registry of Alive Genetically Modified Organisms

[摘要] The Order provides for the rules of organizing unified public registry of living genetically modified organisms. The Regulation consists of five articles: General Provisions (1); Information included in the registry (2); Additional information included in the registry at a later time (3); Public availability of the registry (4); and Obligations of the Ministry when maintaining the registry (5). The registry is available online on the website of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources.
