[摘要] This Act amends the Environmental Protection Act: in section 11(3)(a) by extending the term of appeal against a decision of the Environmental Assessment Board to sixty days; in section 52 with respect to the constitution of the Environmental Appeals Tribunal; and in section 55 so as to extend the term for the filing of appeal notices.
