[摘要] These Regulations define what is an eligible facility (e.g. an electricity generation plant or combined heat and power stations) for the purposes of entering into a climate change agreement with the Secretary of State. They also define “eligible process”, i.e. a process or activity or a combination of processes or activities listed in the Schedule to these Regulations carried out at an installation or site.
