Ministerial Decree No. 509 validating the Regulation on Special fund for the prevention of disasters and mitigation of the consequences thereof.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes that Special fund for the prevention of disasters and mitigation of the consequences thereof shall be administered directly by the Government and shall be used for the following purposes: (a) financing of restoration of protection forests; (b) financing of the arrangements for prevention of flooding and reduction of groundwater level; (c) financing of research; and (d) assistance to foreign states suffering from natural disasters.
