Ministerial Decree No. 578 validating of the Regulation on licensing export.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree regulates licensing of export and import of commodities and produce subject to export control. It establishes the following licensing terms and conditions: (a) licences shall be non-transferable; (b) licences shall be applicable to commodities and produce trade of which on internal market are subject to compulsory licensing; and (c) licences shall be applicable to commodities and produce pertaining to state monopoly.
