[摘要] The present Law enforces the Federal Environment Act of 7 October 1983. The Environment Office is the competent authority in the Canton. Furthermore, the Cantonal Council shall inform the public of issues related to the environment, whereas local townships shall do the same in regard of their jurisdiction.
