[摘要] These Regulations amend the Infrastructure Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2009: by inserting a new regulation 1A which requires the Secretary of State to review regularly the operation and effect of the principal Regulations; in Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 to implement the amendments made by Council Directive 2009/31/EC to Council Directive 85/337/EEC in relation with environmental impact assessments; and to correct an omission made in Schedule 1.
