[摘要] The present Act provides for the enforcement of the Directive 2001/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerned with the assessment of the effects of certain plans and programmes on the environment. For this purpose, it introduces substantial amendments to the Act on the evaluation of environmental impact in its consolidated version of 5 September 2001 (BGBl. I p. 2350).
