Rural Payments (Appeals) (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (S.S.I. No. 194 of 2015).

[摘要] These Regulations provide for the review of certain decisions of the Scottish Ministers in relation to payment of certain agricultural subsidies and other rural payments ("relevant decisions"). After review, a right of appeal of such decisions is provided for to the Scottish Land Court. “Relevant decision” means a decision specified in any of the paragraphs of the Schedule. they concern also Environmentally Sensitive Areas.
