[摘要] The present Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the Upper Austria Electricity and Electricity Organization Law 2006. In particular the Ordinance rewords, inter alia, article 2 on Definition of terms; article 26 on Access in case of insufficient supply; article 44a on Professional qualification. The text consists of 3 articles.
