[摘要] This Presidential Resolution envisages to launch projects for introduction of energy efficient ad energy saving technologies in the sphere of renewable energy in accordance with energy servicing contracts. It also introduces the concept of “energy re-equipment” of energy enterprises with a view of performance of the arrangements for energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency.
