[摘要] This Regulation provides for terms and procedure for the issuance, transfer and cancellation of certificates of origin of electricity and thermal energy, aimed only for those deriving from high-efficiency cogeneration of electricity and heat, here under the responsibility of the national Commission for energy and water regulation.
