Law on Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment.

[摘要] This Law prescribes all necessary conditions, standards and related manner and procedure for assessing the environmental impact, on the territory of the Serbian Republic, of certain plans and programs on the environment, in order to ensure the protection of the environment and promotion of sustainable development by integrating the basic principles of environmental protection in the process of preparing and adoption of future plans and programs.
