Regional Law No. 782 amending Regional Law No. 386 “On some issues related to waste management”.

[摘要] Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Plenary powers of the regional state bodies operating in the sphere of waste management shall include validation of methodological guidelines for setting rates of waste formation and rates of waste disposal related to economic activities by individual entrepreneurs and legal persons in the process of whose activities is generated waste, except for those whose waste formation is subject to mandatory state environmental audit”.
