Decree amending the Decree on treatment of genetically modified organisms and genetic products.

[摘要] The Decree was adopted by the Ministry of Environment in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Agriculture. It amends certain provisions concerning the emergency plan referred to in the Decree on treatment of genetically modified organisms and genetic products. The amendments also deal with access to information on such plan.
