Licensee Supply Regulations, 1990.

[摘要] These Regulations are enacted in accordance with the Electricity Supply Act, 1990. A licensee may recover from a consumer any charges due to him in respect of the supply of electricity, or in respect of the supply and fixing of any electricity meter, supply line or electrical equipment. A consumer may be required to deposit, within seven days of demand, a sum sufficient to cover the estimated charges for two months' supply of energy and two months' rental of equipment, if any.
