Regulation establishing form of report used for the National Pollutant Release and Transfer Registry.

[摘要] This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of four paragraphs and one Annex, lays down: (1) form of report containing information necessary for the National Pollutant Release and Transfer Registry, (2) forms of submitting the report; (3) required techniques of fulfilling the report. The form of the questionnaire is specified in the Annex. The questionnaire is available on the web site of the Chief Inspectorate of the Environmental Protection.
