[摘要] This Law amends Law No. 9.478 and Law No. 12.351 and establishes new royalties for oil, natural gas and other hydrocarbons exploitation. Several amendments deal with royalties and financial procedures, specifying the payment regime of royalties due to production of oil, natural gas and other liquid hydrocarbons approved by Law No. 9.478, Law No. 12.351.
