Provincial Act No. 14 amending provincial legislation in force on quarries and Environmental Impact Assessment.

[摘要] These provisions lay down some amendments and addenda to Provincial Act No. 7 of 2006 on quarries as well as to Provincial Act No. 28 of 1988 on Environmental Impact Assessment. The amendments concern the membership and functioning of the Technical Committee on Quarries; exploitation projects for quarries; procedures for granting authorizations and concessions in matter of quarries.
