Legislative Decree No. 182 implementing Directive 2000/59/EC on port reception facilities for ship-generated waste and cargo residues

[摘要] In compliance with the rules laid down in Directive 2000/59/EC, this Legislative Decree aims at reducing the discharges of ship-generated waste and cargo residues into the sea. The provisions apply to all waste and residues produced or released by ships calling at or operating within a national port.
