Ordinance on the Energy Fund.

[摘要] The present Ordinance implements the Energy Law of 7 May 2000. In particular, the Ordinance establishes the Energy Fund. Articles 7 and 8 deal respectively with granting of funds in the sphere of renewable energy and energy issues concerning buildings. Article 9 rules that funds shall also be granted for projects on information, counselling and education. The text consists of 12 articles.
