Order No. 312 of the Ministry of Energy validating the Regulation on registration of domestic and non-domestic waste.

[摘要] This Order sets forth the modalities of registration of domestic and non-domestic waste. It shall not be applicable to radioactive waste, medical waste and resistant organic pollutants. Operators in the sphere of waste management shall be responsible for registration of waste by category, quantity and properties. Annex contains registration form.
