[摘要] This Decree-Law, composed of two articles and one Annex, regulates the Ministry for Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries. To this end, it amends several articles of Decree-Law No. 311/99 of 10 August 1999 that regulated the formerly existing Ministry. The Annex of the Decree-Law provides the consolidated version of Decree-Law No. 311/99 which defines the ministry’s competences, functions and internal structure.
