Emergency Powers Act (Cap. 34).

[摘要] This Act grants powers to the Governor-General to make Regulations in case of an emergency (not defined) authorizing the taking of possession or control on behalf of the Government of any property or undertaking or the acquisition on behalf of the Government of any property other than land.
