[摘要] This Decree amends Decree No. 60.582 on environmental licensing of aquaculture, creating Aquaculture State Centres, establishing the conditions for the sustainable development of aquaculture in the State of São Paulo. Amended article deals with administrative and legal proceedings, in particular it extends up to 28 June 2016 the period of time provided in § 3 of Article 17 of Decree No. 60582 of 27 June 2014, which provides for the environmental licensing procedures of aquaculture.
