Decree setting up the national emission limits and emission quotas.

[摘要] The Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of five articles and one Annex, establishes (i) national emission maximum levels of pollutants, namely sulphur oxides, nitrodgen oxides, ammonia and volatile organic compounds; and (ii) emission quotas of sulphur oxide. The Annex specifies emission quotas of sulphur oxide for big sources of air pollution.
