[摘要] This Act, consisting of 14 Parts, provides for the safety of electricity supply and use, the reliability and security of electricity supply, and for the efficiency of electrical equipment. The Act defines the objectives and the functions of the Energy Safe Victoria, established under the Energy Safe Victoria Act 2005.
