Chemical Accidents (Emergency Planning, Preparedness, and Response) Rules, 1996.

[摘要] The present Rules provide for the environmental protection by any accidents due to industrial activities, involving the use or storage or processing of imported hazardous chemical substances. A central Crisis Group shall be instituted, together with a Crisis Alert System, at local, district and State level, whose functions and tasks shall be of investigate, report and handle the accident in order to limit damages to environment and habitats.
