Regional Law No. 80-Z On issues pertaining to the competence of local government in rural areas.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes that the following issues shall pertain to the competence of local government in rural areas: (a) collection and disposal of domestic waste; and (b) plenary powers related to public ownership of waterbodies and information of the use restrictions thereof.
