Law on fees for the use of natural resources for electricity production.

[摘要] This Law sets the effective criteria for the payment, amount, method of calculation, and the purpose of charges (environmental compensation fees) for the use of: hydro accumulation buildings built on occupied land, for the purpose of electricity production in hydroelectric power plants; non-renewable natural resources (coal), for purpose of production of electricity in thermal power plants.
