[摘要] The present Ordinance implements article 30 of the Genetic Technology Act (BGBl. I p. 1416). In particular, the purpose of the Ordinance is to transpose into German Law the Council Directive 90/220/EEC on the deliberate release into the environment of genetically modified organisms of 23 April 1990.
